Newtonmore still without a first team manager
Newtonmore are still without a first team manager after no appointment was confirmed at the club’s AGM.
As the Blue and Whites were unable to fill the role the matter will now go forward to a special meeting.
This will be held at the Balavil Hotel in the village on December 27.
Norman MacArthur and Evan Cheyne stood down at the end of last season after three-years in the hot-seat.
The pair said the time had come for new blood especially given the very talented bunch of young players now coming through the ranks at the Eilan.
Anyone who had wanted to be considered as part of the first team coaching set-up had been told to make themselves known to club president Norman MacArthur, any committee member or any senior player before Tuesday.
