Highland Council has introduced a new online enrolment form, allowing parents to complete the enrolment process online.

A council spokeswoman said: "The online form will be available on the council website and can be used anytime, anywhere, on any device.

"The form will collect all the information you need to enrol your child, including the ability to upload a photograph or scanned copy of your child’s birth certificate and proof of address.

"Once you have submitted your enrolment application, the school or nursery will be in touch to arrange induction."

For more information, or enrol your child online, go to www.highland.gov.uk/enrol . For those unable to access or use the online forms - printed copies of all forms can be requested from your local school
