THREE men have been charged following separate incidents in Moray of theft and attempted theft.

A 35-year old man has been charged after a house in Keith was broken into.

A 26-year old man was charged in relation to alleged theft and intended thefts in Lossiemouth and Forres.

Finally, another 26-year old man was arrested after an alleged intended theft which happened in the Wards area of Elgin.

Sergeant Robbie Williams from the Buckie community policing team said: "I would remind all homeowners to secure their property and not to leave keys in easy reach.

"If you notice any suspicious behaviour in your community that doesn’t feel quite right, phone us on 101 with details and we’ll look into it.

"The more details in terms of physical descriptions and vehicles the better."
