Man charged with murdering Elgin mum

A MAN has been charged with the murder of mother-of-four Kim Campbell.

James Munro (55) of Elgin appeared in private at the town’s sheriff court today and made no plea or declaration.

He was committed for further examination and remanded in custody.

Ms Campbell (41) was found dead at High School View, New Elgin on November 8.

Mr Munro’s next court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday, November 27.
