Caithness heroes needed for new TV show

People from Caithness who have gone above and beyond the call of duty are wanted for a new television show.

Production company 12 Yard, the maker of Channel 4’s Coach Trip and BBC2’s Eggheads, is currently producing a brand new series for ITV1 looking to celebrate the outstanding work of inspirational people across the UK.

They are seeking nominations for people in the county who have gone the extra mile to set up their own charity or have done an outstanding amount of fundraising or volunteering in the community, as well as those who have gone above and beyond the call of duty in their job.

The nominations are to be a surprise for those who are selected so people are asked to keep their votes secret.
