Teenager dies in hospital following disturbance as two men charged

Adam Nevin died following a disturbance in Broxburn (Police Scotland)

An 18-year-old has died following a disturbance at a house in Broxburn, West Lothian.

Adam Nevin was found injured following the incident on McCann Avenue at around 1.15am on Friday.

He along with two others, aged 25 and 28, were taken to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary for treatment.

Police said Mr Nevin died in hospital on Sunday. His family have been made aware.

The two other men have been arrested and charged in connection with his death.

They are due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Monday.
