Elgin draw Arbroath in Irn Bru Cup
ELGIN City have been given a home draw against Arbroath in the Irn Bru Cup.
Tuesday's draw paired City with the League 1 club, who they also meet in the group stages of next season's Betfred Cup.
Arbroath come to Borough Briggs on a midweek date, either August 14 or 15.
The sides also meet in the Betfred Cup at Gayfield on Saturday July 21 in a group that also includes Ross County, Dundee United and Alloa.
This year's Irn Bru Cup also includes two English non-league clubs, as well as two sides each from Wales, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.
All clubs from Scotland's Championship, League 1 and 2 compete along with the Premiership clubs' under-20 colt teams.
Four Highland League clubs entered the draw, with Inverurie Locos and Fraserburgh meeting in a preliminary tie with the winners hosting Formartine United in round one.
Highland League champs Cove Rangers have been drawn at home to Montrose at their new Balmoral Stadium.
