VIDEO: Elgin win marks Price milestone
GAVIN Price celebrated a year in charge at Elgin City with his team’s 3-1 win over Cowdenbeath on Saturday.
Elgin City TV highlights above show the Black and Whites come from behind with goals by Shane Sutherland (2) and Darryl McHardy to see off their Fife opponents.
Price was appointed as Jim Weir’s successor last October, with his first official match at the helm being a 3-1 Scottish Cup win over Edusport Academy.
City have now won 17, drawn six and lost 21 of Price’s 44 matches in all competitions as manager.
In League 2 fixtures alone he has steered the club to 16 victories, five draws and 15 defeats in 36 outings.
This weekend Elgin return to Scottish Cup duty when they host Lowland League outfit Whitehill Welfare in round two of the competition.
