INVERNESS Caledonian Thistle manager John Robertson warned his players draws could be killer results which could prevent them reaching the Premiership.

Despite remaining undefeated after eight games, ICT have drawn five times and lie in third place in the Championship, five points behind league leaders Ayr United and three points behind second placed Ross County.

In addition, Inverness have only won one of their five home games including last weekend’s 1-1 draw against Greenock Morton at the Caledonian Stadium.

Robertson says the difference between picking up one point and three points in games could be massive towards the end of the season and is urging his players to be more ruthless in front of goal.
