County to ramp up Partick pressure

Steven Ferguson wants to see Ross County take advantage of the pressure on Partick Thistle to claim victory against them.

The Jags have come in for some criticism from the stands this season after Partick’s inconsistent start, which has left them in seventh place in the Scottish Championship.

Some Dundee United fans were calling for Csaba Laszlo’s head before their match against the Staggies last week. As the game went on and County’s lead increased, things got more vocal and Laszlo’s term as manager ended after the Staggies won 5-1.

Ferguson thinks that if Ross County get their noses in front tomorrow Partick may get a similarly annoyed reaction from the fans.
