Ross County goalkeeper is fizzing with pride at Scotland call-up
ROSS County reserve goalkeeper Ross Munro said playing in the Irn Bru Cup was key in him being called up to the Scotland squad for the UEFA Under-21 European Championship qualifiers.
The Nairn teenager was named as a replacement for Hamilton Academical goalkeeper Ryan Fulton on Sunday and is in the squad to face Ukraine in Kiev tomorrow night. He will also be in the squad that will face England at Tynecastle on Tuesday.
Munro (18) has played for Ross County in the Irn Bru cup matches against Hearts Colts and Raith Rovers.
