Firefighters attend multiple blazes at Dores

FIREFIGHTERS have been called to Dores beach to tackle a wildfire for the third time in two days.

A crew were called to the scene near Loch Ness at 2.55pm toda,y following reports of a small fire.

Firefighters attended the same area twice on Sunday to tackle two different blazes in the same area.

A wildfire also broke out earlier today near Aldourie Castle, also on the banks of Loch Ness.

Firefighters were called to a fire in the undergrowth before 2pm but it has now been extinguished.
