Ross County staff member is suspended following complaint

POLICE have been called to investigate a complaint about a member of staff at Ross County FC.

The club released a statement this afternoon which says: "We can confirm that a member of staff has been suspended from work as a result of a complaint being received.

"The matter was referred to the police and therefore it would be inappropriate to make any further comment at this time."

A police spokesman said: "Police Scotland can confirm it has received a report and enquiries are ongoing.

"As such it would be inappropriate to comment further."
