Break-in at Forres takeaway

POLICE are appealing for information following a break-in to a local business.

A report was received of cash being stolen from Speedy Peppers kebab shop, Forres High Street on Friday, August 3 between 1am and 2pm.

PC Louise Mills said: "We are appealing to anyone who was in the area between the times and may have seen anything unusual or suspicious to contact us on 101 using reference number CF0188360818.

"They can also call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 to remain anonymous."
