The night is hosted by Si Paul, the Ibiza DJ of Lost Witness.
The old skool DJS must only play music from before the year 2000, while the new class can only play music after 2000.
The line-up consists of: Scott Langley, Pete Lewicki, Dale "Foley" Bear, Tim "Tiny Tim" Glews, Francisco "Cisco" Rodregues, Andy "Neon" Young, Phill Coe, Nicola "Ninny Minaj" Bear, Greg "DJ Revo" Morrison and CJ Mackenzie.
Phill Coe, who is organising the competition, said: "The idea came when there was a bit of banter going on with one of the younger DJs who said he could beat me hands down at a club night because I’d been away from that side of things.
"That gave us the idea of doing something for charity and I told the other DJ to put his money where his mouth is! But the idea just grew till we had 10 DJs.
"If it’s a success, we’d like to do it again with different DJs, as there as so many up here.
"Please come along and support your favourite DJs – it is going to be a very entertaining night!"
