Elgin BID awards are launched

THE Elgin BID Business Awards are launched today (September 14) in conjunction with The Northern Scot.
There are a range of award categories.
They include retail, finance, hospitality and tourism, hair, beauty and fitness and long established business.
There are also two special awards in memory of former prominent businessmen.
The David Uquhart award is for new business start ups in the last three years.
The Ian Widdowson award is for members of staff providing good customer service.
Nominations forms (which can be downloaded below) can be handed in to The Northern Scot, St Giles shopping centre and the City of Elgin BID office in Harrow Inn Close.
