Moray men in court over Newtonmore Co-Op break-in

Two men from Moray have appeared in court regarding their alleged involvement with a break-in at the Newtonmore Co-Op.
The store’s cash machine was tampered with during the incident which happened in the early hours at about 2.45am on Wednesday, July 2.
The pair, who are aged 42 and 37, are also accused of stealing a black Range Rover from the car park in Craigellachie at around 5am the same morning.
Both men appeared in private at Elgin Sheriff Court and were charged with several offences, including theft and housebreaking.
Neither man offered a plea.
Both were released on bail until the date of their next court appearance which had not yet been set.
