Memorial service to take place for Rothiemurchus' Philippa Grant
A memorial service will take place by the home of the Grants in memory of Philippa later this week.
Her life will be celebrated on Thursday (September 29) at 1.30pm at The Doune of Rothiemurchus.
Her family have said that everyone who knew Philippa is welcome.
Those intending to pay their respects are urged to dress up warm and in colour as well as car-share or cycle if they can.
A book of condolences also remains open following Mrs Grant's death in a car accident on the A9 at the Slochd on September 16.
A post states: "The family and all the staff here at Rothiemurchus have taken comfort from the many messages that have been received over the last few days."
Mrs Grant (73) was killed when her Silver Audi A4 was involved in a collision with a single decker bus on the Aviemore-Inverness road.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Johnnie; three children, Louisa, James and Alexandra and five grandchildren.
Donations can be made to Maggies Highlands – one of the many charities and organisations that Mrs Grant supported during her life.
The book of condolences can be signed by following this link.
