A 42-year-old man has been arrested and is presently detained in custody following the seizure of controlled drugs – believed to be cannabis with a street value in the region of £10,000.

The man, who has not been named, was stopped by officer after he alighted from a train at Aviemore station shortly after 8.30pm last night (Wednesday) .

He is expected to appear at Inverness Sheriff Court tomorrow
