Airlift to Glasgow after A86 Laggan crash





The A86 Kingussie-Spean Bridge is open again after yesterday's two-vehicle crash.

A Police Scotland spokesperson has confirmed the details of the incident, which happened around 1.45pm.

"Officers were called to reports of a crash involving two vehicles on the A86 Kingussie Road, between Moy and Moy Lodge, close to Loch Laggan.

"Emergency services attended, including the air ambulance, and two men were transferred to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Glasgow for treatment to serious but non life threatening injuries."

An 18-month-old baby, 31-year-old man and 31-year-old woman were transferred to the Belford Hospital in Fort William for minor injuries and later discharged.
