Michael shines again at Carrbridge





Showing the way again at "Carvebridge" was Michael Tamoszus.

The German master carver defied the weekend's appalling weather to shine a light all his own on the showground at Carrbridge's famous annual chainsaw sculpting championship.

Last year his little girl was caught in a gale to claim all the honours, while yesterday (Saturday, August 31), she was caught in the rain, but her lamp was safely covered in a glass holder!

Once again the evenbt drew top competitors from around the globe.
