The event will be held at the MacDonald Drumossie Hotel in Inverness on Friday, January 24.

Scottish SPCA animal rescue and rehoming centre superintendent Sharon Comrie said: “We are over the moon that one of Scotland’s most loved singers is raising funds for us through this amazing event.

“Joining Fiona on the evening will be famed Scottish actor John Bett, local singer/songwriter Peter MacPherson, ceilidh group The Jacobites and other incredible singers and musicians.

“There will be a raffle with some ‘money can’t buy’ prizes. Guests can win an exclusive tour of our National Wildlife Rescue Centre as featured on the BBC’s Born to be Wild series or there’s the opportunity to be an animal care assistant for a day at our centre in Inverness.

“Other prizes include boardroom hospitality at the Inverness Caley Thistle and Partick Thistle football game, a signed t-shirt from the Scotland national rugby union team and lots more.

“People can enjoy a three course meal, ceilidh dancing and fantastic entertainment.

“The funds raised are going to some very worthy causes, including helping to rescue, rehabilitate, rehome and release the animals of Scotland.”
