Highlighted were a wide range of initiatives designed to reduce social isolation, including the Keith Cares Club partnership between Glenisla and Weston View as well as Speyside’s pop-up tea room.

Also mentioned was Parklands’ work on digital storytelling, including the Carecast podcast, and more recently its VE Day commemorative podcast.

Jacqui Ferguson, from Parklands, said: “We’re delighted to receive this national recognition. It reflects the dedication of our staff, who work every day to ensure our residents feel valued, included and supported in doing the things they love.

“Wellbeing is central to how we care, and this award is a tribute to everyone across the Parklands group who helps make that possible.”
