Take Shona Keith, who's just managed a very healthy marathon effort in aid of charity in spite of the Covid 19 lockdown.

Mind you - she never left home!

At home on Alvie Estate, Shona revealed to the Strathy: "I completed a garden half marathon on Thursday in aid of Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland."

The 13.1 mile course took her two hours and 20 minutes.

"The whole thing amounted to something like 290 times around my garden," said Shona.

"Mind you, my husband Billy's not so happy about the track round the garden now..."
