Ed Byrne's big gig in Boat of Garten
"Due to phenomenal demand comedian Ed Byrne has decided to stick around our lovely area and do a second show with us," announced Boat of Garten's community hall team today.
The double gig by the BBC-1 star of "Would I Lie To You?" will be in March over the weekend of Saturday/Sunday 25/26, at 7pm.
A spokesperson for the hall committee said: "We are delighted to welcome your outdoor trekking, cat-loving stand up comedian Ed Byrne to Boat of Garten Community Hall."

No stranger to Strathspey, Byrne is remembered by many as the celebrity who won the final of "Pointless", also on BBC-1, and donated his prize money to the Cairngorms Mountain Rescue Team, with whom he had enjoyed a testing training course.
A TV household name, in the past year he has appeared on Live At The Apollo (Host, BBC), Mock The Week (BBC), The Pilgrimage (BBC), Top Gear (BBC) and QI (BBC).
But those who will be clambering for tickets are being remnded the shows "may contain strong language and adult material."
