This morning's road conditions report from Highland Council report some wet snow across all roads.
Posted at 7.51 this morning, the report confirmed that all roads were being treated as necessary.
Across the Nairnshire border there was less than an inch of wet snow on the highest routes while the lower levels were simply wet.
On the Inverness side there were some icy stretches on some high roads, with gritters heading out onto routes.
The Met Office yellow warning for ice expired at 9am this morning.
Maps of the Council's gritting routes by priority and policy are available online at www.highland.gov.uk/gritting.
