Grantown PO's temporary closure after Covid test





The Strathspey capital is without its post office counter today following a social media post.

"Due to unforeseen circumstances the Post Office in Grantown will be closed on Monday and Tuesday,"

a Facebook notice reported.

"Due to testing positive to covid the post office will be closed until a negative result is received.

"So sorry for any inconvenience caused."

Customers have been advised to watch for further updates.

Since December 2019 the counter has been based in Grantown News, on the High Street.
