A convicted sex offender was remanded at Inverness Sheriff Court for allegedly breaching conditions of a Sex Offenders’ Order by being in a swimming pool and leisure centre at Carrbridge.
Scott Murray (26), described as a prisoner at Inverness, has pleaded not guilty to a breach of the order by entering on repeated occasions the Lochanhully Woodland Club swimming pool and leisure centre between December 4, 2011 and January 6, earlier this year.
His case was continued until April 24.
The order imposed at Inverness Sheriff Court on May 19 last year prohibits Murray from entering, swimming pools, gymnasiums or leisure centres.
