Motorist is charged following Aviemore level-crossing collision





A motorist has been charged following an accident last month involving a car and a train at the Dalfaber rail crossing in Aviemore.

A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed: “Following a collision between a car and a train on Dalfaber Road, Aviemore, around 1.50pm on Sunday, 20 March, a 29-year-old woman, the driver of the car, has been charged in connection with a road traffic offence and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.”
