Calum MacPhail vs Torridon team up for major Inverness festive gig
The “biggest Christmas party the Highlands have ever seen” has been promised after celebrated musicians Calum MacPhail and Torridon announced a joint Inverness gig.
The “Christmas Highland Fling: Calum MacPhail vs Torridon” will take place in Inverness Leisure Centre on Saturday, December 20.
And Calum says he is “buzzing” at the prospect of teaming up with Torridon for a show.
He said: “I’m so buzzing for this show. This will be my biggest yet. I have been pals with the Torridon boys for years, and it’s great that we are finally teaming up for a show! This truly will be the biggest Christmas party the Highlands have ever seen!"
Torridon’s Kenny Smith is equally excited, and is promising “the biggest party of 2025”.
He said: "We are absolutely delighted to be back in the Heart of the Highlands, for the biggest party of 2025. To share the stage with Calum MacPhail and his excellent band again for the Christmas Highland Fling is incredibly exciting in what is sure to be the wildest Christmas Party EVER in the Highlands!"
Organised by Ironworks Venue, tickets for the gig in the leisure centre go on sale tomorrow (Monday) at 101m. Ironworks Venue is promising “an unmissable night”.
