It's 50-plus again for Strathspey's popular ParkRun
Another great turnout was recorded today on a breezy but beautiful day on the Speyside Way as Aviemore ParkRun notched up its 209th outing.
There were 52 parkrunners from all over the UK at this morning's free, timed 5km.
A dozen of the participants were first timers and the day saw four new personal bests.
Representatives of 11 different clubs took part.
The event was made possible by nine volunteers:
Mike Causey, Pete Wright, Alethea McHardy, Hilary Quick, Bill Dewitt, Dawn Cranston, Lynsey Whyte, Jo Unda and Eric Foulds.
Today's full results and a complete event history can be found on the Aviemore parkrun Results Page.
The female record is still held by Morag Millar (17.05) and the male best so far is Tom Martyn (14.57).
