A spokesperson said: "The CNPA is working hard to continue to deliver and an effective planning service whilst fully adhering to Government advice during the Covid-19 pandemic.

"While planning committee meetings will go ahead, applicants and objectors need to provide their representations in advance, and these will be delivered to the committee by planning officers.

"Until such times as restrictions are lifted and it is considered safe to do so, there will be no site visits as part of the process of considering a planning application, instead decisions by the committee will be based on the information supplied with an application and presented to them in reports, representations and other presentations."
