Aviemore ParkRun celebrates its 200th
This morning saw a big turnout for Aviemore's 200-up.
More than 100 were there to run, jog or walk the course, including 38 were first-timers and 23 recorded new personal bests.
Representatives of 21 different clubs took part.
A week on from Hilary Quick's own personal ton-up as a volunteer at the event, which since its inception in 2017 has become a hugely popular fixture on the local social calendar, today's was made possible by this invaluable crew:

The female record is held by Morag Millar (17:05) and male on 18th May 2019 (event number 103).
The male record is held by Tom MARTYN who recorded a time of 14:57 on 4th January 2020 (event number 137).
The Age Grade course record is held by Carolyn MILNE who recorded 94.18% (20:19) on 20th April 2019 (event number 99).
Aviemore parkrun started on 6th May 2017. Since then 6,026 participants have completed 13,827 parkruns covering a total distance of 69,135 km, including 1,865 new Personal Bests. A total of 236 individuals have volunteered 1,841 times.
