Aviemore resort pool is back in the swim

"The Macdonald Aviemore Resort pool is back up and running", the company confirmed today (Monday).

The swimming pool developed an unspecified problem "with a pipe" in the plant room last Wednesday last week.

It was closed to the public and resort visitors but reopened yesterday.

During the closure the rest of the facilities in the building were unaffected.

Paul Bayliss, Macdonald Aviemore Resort managing director, apologised for the enforced closure.
