Strathspey keeps on running!

Aviemore saw another great turnout today (Saturday, September 28) for its weekly Parkrun.

The 122th event of its kind, it enjoyed good conditions and welcomed 67 participants.

They ran, jogged and walked the ever-popular course, with 30 of them first timers.

A total of nine new personal bests. were recorded, with 13 different clubs represented.

The event was made possible this week by eight volunteers: James Houlding, Natalie McKay, Claire Houlding, Martin Wares, Hilary Quick, Bill Dewitt, Diana Grimson and Iain Wallace.

The event dates back to May 6, 2017. A total of 170 individuals have volunteered 1,128 times.
