A hearty crew ran, jogged and walked the route, which welcomed15 newcomers.

A dozen new personal bests were recorded and there were representatives from seven different clubs involved.

As ever, the participants all owed their weekly outing to a team of hard-working volunteers who stewarded the event as efficiently as ever.
