And the winner of the Glenlivet 10K is....
Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland’s Glenlivet 10k which took place at the weekend has raised £8,850 for the charity.
More than 170 runners set-off from the Glenlivet Distillery on Sunday morning and raced their way through the stunning scenery.
Jen Lindsay, fundraising manger at Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland said: “We had a brilliant day back at the Glenlivet 10k! They don’t call it the most beautiful run in Scotland for nothing – it was a stunning, cold, crisp day and spirits were high amongst our amazing runners.
“It was great to welcome over 170 runners and cheer them on as they raised vital funds to make sure there’s no life half lived in Scotland.
"Every penny raised will make sure people across Scotland get the vital support they need when they return home from hospital.
“A massive thank you to our amazing event volunteers who worked tirelessly to help make the event run smoothly!
"And special thanks to The Glenlivet Distillery, Mackie’s of Scotland and Deans Shortbread for all their support in making the event extra special.
“We can’t wait for next year already!”
