"Unfortunately, some aspects of the works require to be undertaken during the day," said a BEAR spokesperson, "and there therefore a continuous closure will be implemented to facilitate this with the remainder of the works being carried out at night."

November 1-5 from 7am 24-hour continuous: full 24 hour road closure with access for local residents and emergency services only.

Friday November 5-7 7am to 7pm continuous: site open to traffic over the weekend with a 30mph speed restriction in place.

Sunday November 7 to Wednesday 10 7pm to 7am each night: night time road closure with road open to traffic outwith working hours.

Access for emergency services and local residents will be maintained at all times.
