OAKES (Grantown-on-Spey). Peacefully, at Badenoch and Strathspey Community Hospital, on Tuesday, 18th February, 2025, Ernest William (Ernie) Oakes, aged 90 years, of An Caladh, Grantown- on-Spey. Beloved husband of Amelia, loving and proud dad of Yvonne, dear father- in-law of Fergus and much loved brother, uncle and friend. A funeral service will be held at Cromdale Parish Church, on Monday, 3rd March, 2025, at 12noon; interment thereafter at Cromdale Churchyard. All friends are respectfully invited to attend.
