MENZIES - (Laggan/Newtonmore). Peacefully, with his family by his side, in The Wade Centre, Kingussie on Thursday, 29th February, 2024, Alistair (Ally) George Menzies of Church Terrace, Newtonmore. Beloved husband of Isabel, dear dad of Caroline, Fiona, Susan and Alexander and a loving granda and great-granda. He will be sadly missed. Funeral service to take place at St Bride's Church, Newtonmore on Tuesday, 12th March, 2024, at 12 noon; and thereafter interment in Banchor Cemetery. All friends are respectfully invited. Please wear a splash of colour. Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired, are to benefit The Wade Centre Social Fund and may be given at the service. There is also an opportunity to pay your respects as the cortege leaves the church at approximately 12.30pm and travels northwards along Church Terrace onto the Main Street, then southwards to the Village Hall before continuing onwards to the cemetery.
