Peacefully, at home, on 22nd September, 2022, with Sandy and Shona at her bedside, after a long illness endured with much courage, dignity and humour, Edith (nee Ross), aged 82 years. R.I.P. Loving wife of Sandy, devoted mum to Shona, Andy and Davie, stepmother to Susan, Graham, Chris, and Charlie, a proud granny, nan and nannie and a much-loved auntie, sister-in-law and friend to many. Thanks to Shona for her unfailing attention. Edith's funeral service will take place at St Mary's R.C. Church, 7 Academy Street, Nairn, IV12 4RJ on Saturday, 8th October, 2022, commencing at 9am; thereafter interment within Grantown New Cemetery, cortege arriving for 11am approximately. All family, friends and former neighbours are respectfully invited to attend. Family flowers only please, however, donations in lieu of floral tributes are welcomed, with the chosen beneficiaries being Nairn Community Nurses and Marie Curie Nurses.
