Tragically, as the result of a road traffic accident, on Wednesday, 7th October, 2020, Mr Matthew Donnell (Matt), beloved husband of Rose, much loved father of Linda and Mark, respected father-in-law of the late Mark Nicholson, a loved grandfather of Joe and Sam, a dear brother, uncle and a good friend to many. A private funeral will take place at 15 Inverallan Court, Grantown-on-Spey, on Monday, 2nd November, 2020, commencing at 12.15pm. The funeral cortège will depart from Inverallan Court at 12.30pm turning into Church Avenue before joining The Square and High Street; thereafter continuing onto Inverness Crematorium. We would like to invite neighbours and friends to stand out on Grantown High Street and pay their last respects as our hearse passes with Matt's immediate family following behind. Family flowers only please. However, donations in lieu of floral tributes are welcomed with the chosen beneficiary being Alzheimer Scotland.
