John, Louise and Scott would like to thank everybody that came to pay their respects to Susan and to those who sent flowers, cards and messages of support at this very sad time. A special thanks to Dr Cauldbeck and the district nurses for their care and compassion to Susan in her final days, along with their care to us as a family. Finally, to Jamie Rodgers for his professional arrangements, support and empathy.
