Unique shinty season draws to end this weekend

A unique shinty season will draw to a close this weekend with just one league set to take place.

The Newtonmore second team will welcome the Inverness first team to the Eilan in Mowi North League B this coming Saturday.

However, the Kingussie second team's scheduled meeting with their Lovat counterparts at the Dell has been postponed as the visitors are unable to raise a team.

Neither the Kings' nor the Blue and White's first team are in action.

Camanachd Association fixtures Saturday 30th October

Mowi Senior League A: Glenurquhart v Kilmallie (1pm throw up); Kinlochshiel v Lochaber.

Mowi Senior League B: Lovat v Caberfeidh.

Mowi North League B: Newtonmore v Inverness.

Mowi South League A: Bute v Col Glen.

Mowi South League B: Aberdour v Kyles Athletic; Glasgow Mid Argyll v Bute.

Mowi Central League: Ardnamurchan v Kilmory; Glenorchy v Oban Celtic.

All throw ups 2.30pm unless stated.
