It's time for a Highland derby! Inverness Caledonian Thistle travel to Ross County tonight in the Scottish Cup for the first meeting between the sides in two years. With Will still on annual leave, Andrew is once again joined by Alasdair Fraser to preview the match, which in recent years has seen everything from goals and red cards to dramatic penalty shoot-outs.

Brora Rangers also return to action after knocking Hearts out, looking to make it one step further by beating Stranraer. They were also crowned Highland League champions for the second year in-a-row, despite having only played three games - a decision that led to Balls & Whistle's first even listener question!

League reconstruction is on the cards in women's football with the Championship North and South set to be merged from next season, while Inverness Craig Dunain have finally found a permanent home. All that and more on the latest Balls & Whistles.
