Jags game at home to Clach off due to frozen pitch

The warmer weather has not arrived in time to save the Jags' home game with Inverness outfit Clach.

The game due to be played this afternoon was called off after a pitch inspection yesterday.

A Strathspey Thistle spokesperson said: "Unfortunately subzero temperatures have frozen the playing surface at Seafield Park. This means that the game has been called off.

"The joys of winter in the Highland League."
