A woman who struck a police constable in the face in an Inverness flat, has been ordered to carry out 100 hours unpaid work.
Lynda Love, now of Bynack More, Aviemore, was found hiding in a wardrobe in a flat in Telford Street on December 1, 2019.
Officers had attended the address to carry out a bail check.
Love had previously been prohibited from being at the property.
Inverness Sheriff Court heard that Love resisted arrest, striking an officer in the face.
She admitted a breach of bail and resisting arrest.
Sheriff Margaret Neilson also placed her under a year’s social work supervision.
