UPDATE: Public has its say on 'Nessie skeleton' speculation

SUGGESTIONS a gigantic skeleton washed up on a beach might be Nessie have prompted a public vote.
More than 2000 votes were cast in an online poll, staged by the Liverpool Echo, after a photo emerged of the carcass on an Aberdeenshire beach following Storm Ciara last week.
The majority (44 per cent) thought it was a publicity stunt.
Runner-up in the vote was whale (41 per cent), with Nessie scoring eight per cent ahead of dinosaur on seven per cent.
No other options were offered in the vote.
Hundreds of people have joined in the debate about what the mystery object might be via the community group Fubar News.
