UPDATE: A9 now clear after a collision partially blocked the route near Daviot earlier this afternoon

Traffic Scotland has said that the A9 is now fully reopened after it was blocked earlier today.

Both lanes have now reopened northbound at Scatraig after the road was cleared.

However traffic still remains heavy in the area.
