The Highland Business Women Awards are back.
The Highland Business Women Awards are back.

The annual Highland Business Women Awards take place next week.

With the shortlist having just been announced, the awards, sponsored by the Springfield Group, is promising to be a spectacular event.

It will provide the opportunity and platform to showcase the women who have made strides in business and third-sector organisations over the past 12 months.

Charities, outdoor sport organisations, PR companies, estate agents, hospitality venues and a dance-school are all in with the chance to win a prestigious award that will enhance their profile within the region.

The 2022 HBW Awards take place at the Kingsmills Hotel in Inverness on August 25, with entertainment, food and drinks on offer throughout the evening.

It will be a celebration as Nicky Marr will be the host for the evening – and she certainly knows how to throw a good party!

This is a last call-out for you to get your ticket for the event, and honour those women who are making a difference within the Highlands and Islands.

Drinks sponsor Tomatin will be making sure your glass is topped up throughout the evening – as what Scottish event takes place without a drink in hand?

The Tomatin toast ‘To What Matters’ is:

“There are things in life that really matter,

“Genuine gestures,

“Belly-filling banter,

“A reassuring wink,

“It’s not the material things,

“But the real salt of the earth mementos that flood us with feeling,

“Young or old,

“Stranger or friend,

“Yesterday, today and tomorrow,

“Let’s toast to what matters.”

So, alongside Tomatin and the rest of those attending – come along to the Highland Business Women Awards and let’s raise a toast to those who matter.

Ticket prices are £70+VAT for members and £75+VAT for non-members which includes a three course meal, wine and coffee. Sales close at 5pm on August 19.
